Call internationally for less
Opt in to Vodafone International and you’ll pay as little as 1.5p a minute to call international landlines and mobile numbers from the UK. Call 36888 to opt in or text INTERNATIONAL TO 2345.
Your Big Value Bundle automatically renews every 30 days if you have enough credit. Opt out by calling 2345 for free. And remember, our extras start on the day you buy them and also automatically renew every 30 days, unless you opt out.

What will I pay outside my Big Value Bundle or Freebie allowance?
30p a minute
Calls to any UK mobile, standard UK landlines (starting 01, 02, 03) and voicemail within the UK.
A one-minute minimum call charge applies and calls are charged per minute thereafter.
If you have a Big Value Bundle and exceed your minutes allowance, you will be charged 35p a minute for the remaining 30 days of your Bundle.

How to use your free SIM
Activate your SIM card
1. Put your SIM in your phone.
2. Call 17298 for free from your Vodafone mobile.
Keep your number
1. Call your current network provider and ask for your PAC code.
2. Fill in your details here and we’ll transfer your old number to your new SIM card within 24 hours.
Unlock your phone
Just call your current network provider to get your phone unlocked.
Top up your new SIM card
1. Call 2345 for free from your Vodafone mobile.
2. Top up direct from your bank account.
3. Top up through My Vodafone.
4. Buy a top up voucher at over 150,000 cashpoints or retailers.

Top up £5 or more and we’ll give you 10% of the value of your TopUp in points every time – which you can collect for a range of great rewards.
Enter your code
When you top up, we’ll text you a code. To collect your points, just enter this code as well as the mobile number you’ve topped up.
Keep collecting your points and you’ll soon get your hands on some brilliant rewards.

You should get your SIM within one to two working days after you've recieved your dispatch email. But if it hasn't arrived within two weeks, just reorder to get back on track.
